By booking my photography services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due on or before the event day. Any cancellations must be made in writing, and cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to full payment. The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients will receive edited high-resolution digital images within the agreed turnaround time. Raw files are not included unless specified. Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges. By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms.
